BIOGRAPHY
Romany originally trained in dance, circus skills and theatre,
graduated with a BA Hons in English/Italian Literature and started
street performing around Europe at the age of 21.
She then performed as a stilt-walker, clown and juggler before
forming the Cobble Comedy Company to tour international street festivals
and German cabaret theatres with a comedy knife throwing and juggling
variety act.
Romany lived for a year in Italy, another in Germany and speaks
French, Italian and German. She then discovered the art of
Prestidigitation, fell in love with the art and studied with the masters
of McBride's Mystery School and Masterclass in Las Vegas before making a
hit on the cabaret and high society gala dinner circuit with her own
brand of zany close-up magic.
Charismatic, very funny and fully at home on the stage, Romany now
performs her own cabaret for discerning audiences around the world.

Plus Romany is honoured by the Magic Circle again and awarded the
prestigious Member of the Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star for
performance.
Romany starts the year by being named Magic Circle Stage Magician of
the Year! A huge honour. To win this, she competed on stage against the
best in the business and was awarded the trophy by the President of The
Magic Circle.
Romany Diva of Magic was chosen to entertain the Queen and her family
and friends at the Ritz on the occasion of her 80th birthday party.
HOLLYWOOD! Romany compered more than 100 shows for the large stage
shows in the famous Palace Theatre in Hollywood's Magic Castle.
Other celebrities who enjoyed watching Romany's comedy magic include
Johnny Depp in Hollywood, Richard Branson, Jeffery Archer and Dame Judi
Dench...
After finishing 100 shows in Hamburg Germany as MC at the prestigious
mirrortent variety dinner theatre of Palazzo Witzigmann, Romany
performed the same role in a different Speigelzelt at WOMAD music
festival in July, hopping over to perform in Spanish at WOMAD in Las
Canarias in September after returning from performing on stage at the
Palace Theatre at the famous Magic Castle in Hollywood.
