Pastiche - Live Function & Party Band
 

Pastiche was formed just over two years ago and is gaining an excellent reputation.  All of the band members are professional musicians who have plenty of experience playing live.

Pastiche plays a wide variety of cover versions from jazz and easy listening to upbeat party and pop classics and they can also accommodate theme evenings such as 60's 70's or 80's nights.

Pastiche are a reliable, friendly and lively band - something that people often comment on! and work extensively throughout London and throughout the UK.

Ali Herbert - Keyboards and Vocals
Ali has performed in Buddy, the Sound of Fury, Joeys and Gina's Wedding and Three Steps to heaven.  She has played in orchestral, folk,jazz and rock bands, recorded with The Who's John Entwistle and jammes with Joan Baez in the States.

Calum Rees - Drums and Percussion
Calum has many CD releases to his credit and has toured extensively in Europe.  He is a member of Psalm drummers and is involved in workshops for fellow drummers across the country.

James Bejon - Bass:
James has played with a variety of bands including a Prince tribute band and the funk band Mania 7.  He has recorded as a session player and is the bass player for Jamie Oliver (The Naked Chef).

Lizzie Deane - Vocals
Lizzie is a singer/songwriter who has performed in the West End show Shout!  She has toured the Dusty Springfield tribute show, sung in many classical concerts, performed opera with Sir Simon Rattle and has recorded and perform with The Stranglers and Babybird.  She also writes jingles for the radio.

Matt Hay - Guitar and Engineer
Matt is an engineer and producer who has worked with Boy George, the Rolling Stones, Robbie Williams, Blur, Belinda Carlisle and Talvin Singh.  He produced three Babybird albums and played guitar on their last tour.

Simon Nelson - Guitar and Vocals
Simon has toured widely in the UK, USA, Austrailia and Bermuda.  His is half of the song writing duo the Nelson Brothers signed to the American publishers Windswept Pacific.  Songs from his debut album were featured in the British thriller The Innocent Sleep and he has written a PhD thesis at City University.
