MAIN POINTS
* 30mins is required with no distraction between the starter plates cleared and
main course being served. Apart from this period, the meal follows its normal
course.
* During performances (Actors and MC) waiting staff adopt a low profile and
avoid the stage area. This is for their own protection.
* Timings and guide are rough. Performances on the night may be altered to suit
the needs of the Client/Venue/Company.
* It is vital that you use no fewer than 2 tables and no more than 12 tables -
grouping people together as teams on a table. It is essential that people are
grouped together. |
