Ex-Detective Chief Supt
Bob Taylor has been hailed as probably Britain's most successful detective,
after achieving a 100 per cent detection and conviction rate in over 50 murder
and serious crime cases he headed. After hanging up his handcuffs, Bob went from
policing to TV presenting and was The Chief in BBC 1's fictional whodunit
series, The Murder Game.
Bob's dry
and at times black humour have helped see him through some of the country's most
notorious crime cases. Seeing a side of human nature most of us never encounter,
Bob's anecdotes are compelling.
Bob has
given light-hearted talks at many police functions and also speaks on serious
crime issues to professional bodies.
