VERTIGO is an exciting and dynamic new band performing a carefully selected blend of rock and pop songs by both contemporary and classic artists. The band is focussed to bring a fresh approach to live music at corporate events, private functions and weddings, as well as venues across the UK and worldwide.

Formed in 2004, VERTIGO has already captured the imagination of audiences with their high standard of musicianship, entertaining performance and refreshing choice of songs.

VERTIGO is fronted by the hugely talented Richard Oliver, who’s sophisticated vocal style and charismatic stage presence always guarantees to entertain. He can regularly be heard singing the humorous indents for the Chris Moyles Radio One Breakfast Show & BBC’s Match of the Day. When Richard is not available, acclaimed session singer Gavin Wyatt takes his place at stage centre. He is also a dynamic and versatile vocalist who always delivers a vibrant and exciting performance and knows how to get an audience jumping!

Richard, Gavin and the four musicians providing them with an impressive sonic backdrop, have a wealth of musical experience between them.

Individually, they have recorded and toured with a wide range of bands and artists including N-Sync, Ricky Martin, Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet), Go West, ABC, Pete Townsend, George Michael, Roger Daltrey (The Who), Eternal, Mark Morrison, Gabrielle, Mica Paris, Shola Ama and Omar.

VERTIGO can arrange all the necessary sound and lighting equipment for any size of event in the UK. Their standard setup is suitable for events with an audience of up to 300 people, and consists of a 5K PA system with monitoring, basic stage lighting a sound engineer and crew.
